Werewolf CI — Refund Policy

Effective: June 9, 2026

Free Trial. Werewolf CI offers a 15-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required to start, and you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe at the end of the trial.

Subscription. Paid plans cost $45 per user license, per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your card is charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the Manage Plan dialog in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues uninterrupted through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to a free, read-only state.

No Refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days, mid-month cancellations, downgrades, removed seats, or periods of inactivity. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Failed Payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry over several days and notify you by email. Continued failure may result in account suspension or termination.

​

Disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve it directly.
