Werewolf CI — Privacy Policy

Deepsnow Events LLC ("Company") operates Werewolf CI ("Service") and respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

 

Information We Collect. Account details (name, email, company), content you upload (interview notes, source documents, URLs), and usage data (pages viewed, features used). Payment information is processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

 

How We Use It. To provide and improve the Service, generate AI outputs from your inputs, send transactional emails, bill subscriptions, and investigate security incidents.

Third Parties. We use Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage (US data centers), Anthropic for AI processing, Stripe for billing, and AWS Cognito for authentication. Your content is processed only to deliver the Service and is not sold or used to train external models.

 

Retention. Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded files are deleted within seven days of processing. You may request account deletion by emailing support.

Your Rights. You may access, correct, delete, or export your data on request.

Changes. We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
